Maxx Gift Card

To Purchase:

1. Fill in the value for the Maxx Gift Card
2. Enter the name and email of the recipient
3. Enter a message to the recipient
4. Enter your name and email
5. Click “Purchase Now”

The recipient will receive the Maxx Gift Card by email.  You will receive a receipt. When the recipient redeems the Maxx Gift Card, you will receive another email to let you know.

To Redeem:

1. Login
2. Click on “Account”
3. Select “Dashboard”
4. Select “Redeem Gift Card”
5. Enter your Gift Card Number
6. Click “Redeem”

Your account will be credited the value of the certificate.  You can use the funds to purchase any product or combination of products on Maxx Cycle.

Do Gift Cards Expire?

No, Maxx Gift Cards do not expire.

Are there any fees associated with Gift Cards?

No, Aside from the face value of the card, there are no other associated fees.

I have an unused Gift Card, can I give it to a friend?

Yes, you can forward your Gift Card to anyone you like, however, it is your responsibility to ensure that it gets to the correct person. We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen numbers.

Can I use more than one gift card for a single purchase?

Yes! Multiple gift cards can be applied to a single purchase.

Do I have to use the whole gift card on a single purchase?

No, if there is an unused remainder on the gift card you can use it on your next purchase.

Can I use a gift card for a partial purchase?

Yes, you can use your gift card to partially pay for an item and pay the remainder with a credit card.

Can I purchase a gift card, but send it to my friend later?

Not directly, but you can gift the card to yourself, and then forward the gift card email to your friend at a later time.

Can I redeem my gift card for cash?

No, Gift Cards only be used to purchase products on Maxx Cycle.

Can I buy a Gift Card with my account balance?

No, Gift Cards can only be purchased by online payment.

Can I return a gift card?

No, Gift Cards are Final Sale and are not returnable.
