Free Shipping
Most orders over $99.00 will ship for free.
However, sometimes there are extra shipping fees on a product when it's:
- an over-weight or over-sized item
- a custom or specialty item
- not readily available through normal channels
* These products will be clearly marked.
Note: Certain products may not be shippable to remote or rural areas.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders that are less than $99.00 there will be a
flat rate shipping fee of $25.00.
Shipping Time
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Custom and specialty items may take longer.
Exclusions
Some remote and rural locations may be excluded from this pricing.
Any shipping surcharge will be displayed during the checkout process.
If we cannot ship to your location, you will be contacted to make alternate arrangements, or to be refunded.
We are Canadian
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Items are shipped from our warehouses in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and British Columbia.
Some of our more specialized products ship from our partner warehouses located across Canada.
