Shipping and Delivery Policy
Free Shipping
Most orders over $99.00 will ship for free.
However, sometimes there are extra shipping fees on a product when it's:
- an over-weight or over-sized item
- a custom or specialty item
- not readily available through normal channels
* These products will be clearly marked.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders that are less than $99.00 there will be a
flat rate shipping fee of $19.00.
Exclusions
Some remote and rural locations may be excluded from this pricing.
Any shipping surcharge will be displayed during the checkout process.
If we cannot ship to your location, you will be contacted to make alternate arrangements, or to be refunded.
We are Canadian
We do not ship outside of Canada.
All items are shipped from our warehouses in Alberta, Ontario, and British Columbia
with the exceptions of some specialty items which may ship from the USA.
In the case of USA sourced items you can rest assured, we will take care of duties, import fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes.
