Warranties

The warranty for the products we sell is determined by the original manufacturer or supplier of the products. All products sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty policy.

Some products, such as consumables, do not have a warranty period.

You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before sending back any product that you claim to be defective. We will not accept any product that is sent to us without an RMA.
