Assault Charge Air Cleaner

The Assault Charge Air Cleaner brings serious airflow and timeless style to the '91 to '22 Harley-Davidson Sportster XL platform. The Sportster responds extremely well to a better-breathing intake, and this system delivers the clean look and real performance gains that riders expect from Trask.
Built around a high-capacity filter, magnetic velocity stack, and a billet aluminum backing plate with a concealed breather system, this air cleaner is a direct upgrade that sharpens throttle response and supports stronger top-end pull. Dyno testing has shown gains of about 8 horsepower over a stock setup, making it one of the strongest-performing air cleaners available for the XL.
Sportster riders get the same proven performance and iconic design trusted across the Assault line, paired with fitment tailored specifically for the XL intake layout.

Please note that the Assault Charge Air Cleaner recirculates head breather pressure back into the throttle body, similar to the stock Harley-Davidson air cleaner setup. For those wanting to vent head pressure externally, the Trask External Breather Kit is available for purchase.
