Developed over a decade, the Supertech R10 Helmet is Alpinestars’ most advanced motorcycle race helmet for road and track riding. FIM-homologated and ECE 22.06 and DOT certified, its multi-layer carbon shell, eight-piece multi-density EPS, and low-friction liner were MotoGP-validated, exceeding ECE 22.06 by 37% (linear) and 65% (rotational). A-Head Fitment System, dual spoilers, and eleven-vent cooling deliver personalized comfort, high-speed stability, and clear focus with reduced fatigue.
Includes two shields (clear and dark smoke), race and road spoilers, Pinlock 120XLT lens, tear-offs, wind and breath deflectors, and helmet bag.

- Shell layup orientation: strategically oriented fiber plies with controlled shell thickness zones for managed shell deflection characteristics and structural integrity.
- A-Head fitment system: internal crown interface allowing height and angle adjustment via integrated sliders and pad stacking architecture.
- Aerodynamic assembly: interchangeable rear spoilers (Road and Race) with patented break‑away mounts, integrated lateral winglets, and molded surface turbulators developed from CFD and wind‑tunnel data.
- Ventilation architecture: 11‑port system with 7 intakes (3 chin, 4 top) and 4 exhausts; internal EPS channels and shell ducting to route airflow through the helmet structure.
- Shield system: Optical Class 1 visor with anti‑fog and anti‑scratch coatings, metal center locking latch, tool‑less quick‑release side mechanism, Pinlock‑ready with tear‑off posts.
- Impact liner architecture: eight‑piece, multi‑density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) liner employing six specific densities, with a polished inner surface and low‑friction coating; chin bar features an extended Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) liner covered by a flexible rubber compound.
