The service description is a code of three characters, e.g. 62H, that may follow the size marking. It shows the tire's maximum load and speed ratings. The two numbers are the load index, which is the maximum weight the tire can support. The letter is the speed symbol, which is the highest speed the tire can handle with full load and pressure. Maxx Cycle does not advise or approve going over the legal speed limit. The tire manufacturer sets the conditions for using the load index/speed symbol.
